Heritage Society of Coalburn

 The Jim Hamilton Heritage Society was set up in 2004. Meetings are normally held twice monthly from September until April in Coalburn Bowling Club. Please visit the website for more information. Non-members are also welcome to attend.

The Society runs the Heritage Centre in the One Stop Shop which contains an archive of photographs, documents and artefacts relating to Coalburn's social history and mining heritage. The majority of these were collected by the late Jim Hamilton.

The Heritage Centre is normally open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and at other times by appointment.
